Those who knew him closely, such as his missionaries, his parishioners and many people who experienced his goodness of heart tell of him:
- He had a great zeal for souls. Conscious of his mission, he dedicated himself to souls, not only by administering the sacraments and with all the acts of his priestly ministry. He sacrificed himself for them vicariously, that is, praying in their place, so that none of them would be lost and reach eternal salvation.
- He was always attentive and helpful to everyone. In spite of being busy, those who went to consult him for advice or favor, experienced his exquisite charity. When they knocked at his door, at any time and whoever it was, he used to answer with a “Come in!
- He knew how to harmonize his austere life with joy and a good sense of humor. He was truly a benefactor of peace and happiness. Just as he was seen smiling and friendly on the roads and in his room, he is also remembered immersed in deep recollection and meditation in the celebration of the Holy Mass and other liturgical acts.
- His alumnae from the colleges and universities where he taught, agreed in their opinion that Monsignor Kaiser, was not only a very prepared priest, but they described him as a saint. “His holiness … was the one that attracted us and led us to God without our noticing it. It was that holiness of his whole being, … that educated and formed us … he was a living image of Jesus, High and Eternal Priest. If Father Kaiser was so good for everyone, so good, what would Jesus be like” (Consuelo Zagal de Rovira, former student). He had a special way with everyone, he knew how to listen and encourage. And this brought many non-believers closer to God.
