The vocational restlessness was awakened in me since I was very young. The Missionary Sisters of Jesus, Word and Victim, founded a patmos in Villa Ygatim\u00ed when I was one year old. I always had great sympathy and admiration for them, I saw their simplicity, their sincere joy, their sacrifices… For me and for my whole family, the presence of the mothers is a real blessing, because here we had no priest, and our spiritual life was often neglected.<\/p>\n

Mi padre, fue el \u00fanico qui\u00e9n sab\u00eda que yo quer\u00eda ser como ellas. \u00c9l me ayud\u00f3 mucho con sus oraciones y buenos consejos, pero no pens\u00e1bamos que alg\u00fan d\u00eda se iba realizar. Lo digo a prop\u00f3sito porque en un lapso de tiempo, dej\u00e9 de lado esta inquietud dedic\u00e1ndome al estudio. Hasta que, en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o de bachillerato, estaba preparando mi tesis y en medio de muchos trabajos, volvi\u00f3 a m\u00ed este deseo con tal fuerza que no pude resistirme. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Era el mes de setiembre, cuando ped\u00ed asistir a un retiro espiritual, pero mi padre me aconsej\u00f3 que terminase mis estudios, ex\u00e1menes, clases, etc. Seg\u00fan \u00e9l para estar m\u00e1s libre, y fue ah\u00ed cuando dije decidida: \u201cyo quiero entrar en un convento y lo m\u00e1s pronto posible\u201d. A mi pap\u00e1 no le era ajeno mi deseo, entonces me llev\u00f3 a hablar con las Madres, con qui\u00e9nes organizamos el viaje para el mes de diciembre.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

At first my family did not understand, but thanks to God, the light and grace came to them. And with their blessing I left my country, my beloved Paraguay, on December 3. I arrived in Peru the same day, and to the Mother House, the Cenacle Convent of Caravel\u00ed, I arrived on December 4, 2015, where the Missionary Sisters of Jesus Word and Victim welcomed me with affection. I have already made my First Vows, and I am currently in the Emmaus Convent in the same Caravel\u00ed. I thank God for this undeserved gift.<\/p>\n
